Bylaw No. 3199 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 185 – Body Art and Tattoo Service Separation Amendment

Purpose:  To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to exempt one of two properties at a time from the 400-metre separation requirement for tattoo parlours to accommodate the relocation of Lady Luck Tattoo Inc. from its existing property located at 20785 Fraser Highway (currently under a redevelopment application) to 103 – 20258 Fraser Highway (outlined in bold on the maps below) while the current location undergoes redevelopment. Both properties are zoned C1 Downtown Commercial Zone and allow for Body Art and Tattoo Services.

The proposed bylaw and staff report may be viewed, from Tuesday, January 11, 2022 to Monday, January 24, 2022 online by clicking: Bylaw 3199; Staff Report or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to councilmeetings@langleycity.ca and should be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
