NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 23, 2017 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit:

Bylaw No. 3027 – Zoning Amendment and Development Permit DP 08-17

Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the property located at 19753 55A Avenue from RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to CD49 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 14-unit townhouse development.

Legal description:     Lot 1, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District, Plan EPP67716 Except: Phase One Strata Plan EPS3996

Copies of the proposed bylaw and development permit may be inspected at the Development Services Department, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C., from Tuesday, September 19, 2017 to Monday, October 23, 2017 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. excluding statutory holidays, or online by clicking here: Bylaw 3027, Staff Report, Project Plans. Comments may be submitted by mail or e-mail at info@langleycity.ca and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
