What is Move for Health Day?
Move for Health Day, on May 10, is an international event created in 2002 by the World Health Organization to promote physical activity. The BC Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA), with support from the Province of British Columbia, leads our province in promoting this global event and the benefits of healthy active living.
