NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. at 7:00pm on Monday, March 5, 2018 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit
Bylaw No. 3049 – Zoning Amendment and Development Permit DP 02-18
Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 19608, 19618, 19630, 19642 56 Avenue from RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to CD52 - Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 26-unit townhouse development.
Legal description: Lots 1 & 2, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District Plan 9585, Lot 3, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District Plan 9585, Except Plan BCP 50413, and Lot 63, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District Plan 25734, Except Plan BCP 50080.
Copies of the proposed bylaw and development permit may be inspected at the Development Services Department, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3, from Tuesday, February 20, 2018 to Monday, March 5, 2018 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm excluding statutory holidays, or online by clicking: Bylaw 3049, Staff Report, Plans. Comments may be submitted by mail to the above noted mailing address or by e-mail to email@example.com and must be received no later than 12:00pm on the day of the meeting.
