The City of Langley Library is a part of Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL). FVRL is the largest public library system in British Columbia, with 25 community libraries serving 700,000 people in its service area. The City of Langley Library offers almost 17,000 square feet of collections and services.

Membership is free to all residents and includes:

  • Access to a collection of over 1.5 million items

  • 24/7 access to online library services at

  • Professional reference and information services

  • Free Internet access

  • Access to reading materials for home-bound residents through our Outreach services.

What you’ll find at your library

Our collection includes current and popular materials for all ages. In addition to books, you’ll find magazines, Blu-rays, DVDs, CD music and audio books, maps, language learning resources, newspapers and more. Mon – Thu 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sat 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Computer Resources

The City of Langley Library provides computer and Internet access, including word processing and printing. The library site is wireless enabled so that you can use your own laptop or PDA to link to the library's website and the Internet. Call or visit for details.
