Bylaw No. 3144 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment and Development Permit No. 06-20
Purpose: To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the property located at 20172 53A Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RM1 Multiple Residential Low-Density Zone to the RM3 Multiple Residential High-Density Zone to accommodate a 5-storey 18-unit apartment building.
Legal Description: Lot 65, District Lot 305, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 33157.

The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, January 26, 2021 to Monday, February 8, 2021 online by clicking: Bylaw 3144; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Revised Report; Architectural Plans; and Landscape Plans.
Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
