Langley City, BC - Langley City is pleased to welcome back the renowned Korean artist, Master Potter Jeong Hong Kim, to the Cultural Connections Gallery (main floor in front of the Finance foyer) in Langley City Hall for another in-person demonstration on Friday, February 21 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Master Potter Jeong Hong Kim will be onsite with artist demonstrations and hands-on activities. All are welcome to attend the free event.
“We had an amazing experience and wanted to come back since we sincerely appreciate an opportunity like this to share Korean cultures,” said Master Potter Jeong Hong Kim.
The Korean exhibition of pottery and Han-ji art will be on display from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, until Friday, February 21 of this year in the Cultural Connections Gallery in Langley City Hall (main floor), 20399 Douglas Crescent. The display has been sponsored by the Korean Arts & Crafts Association of Canada, Canada and 'POOM' Korean Culture Exchange Center, Korea.

About the Artist
Master Potter Kim has had many exhibitions throughout the Lower Mainland, including the Museum of Vancouver and at the Korean Cultural Heritage Festival for the past 16 years. Mr. Kim has been a guest lecturer at several universities as well. In addition to making traditional Korean-style pottery, with inlaid slips and a luscious celadon glaze, Master Kim has been giving pottery lessons.
