NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit:
Bylaw No. 3019 – Zoning Amendment and Development Permit DP 05-17
Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the property located at 19942 Brydon Crescent from RM1 Multiple Residential Low Density Zone to RM3 Multiple Residential High Density Zone to accommodate a 4-storey 54-unit condominium apartment development.
