NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC at 7:00pm on Monday, February 11, 2019 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit application:
Bylaw No. 3096: Zoning Amendment and Development Permit Application DP 18-18
Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 20172 - 20178 53A Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from RM1 Multiple Residential Low Density Zone to CD68 - Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a four (4) storey, 14 unit “stacked townhouse” development.
Legal description: Lot 65, District Lot 305, New Westminster District Plan 33157.
The proposed bylaw and development permit application may be inspected at the Development Services Department, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3, from Tuesday, January 29, 2019 to Monday, February 11, 2019 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm excluding statutory holidays, or by clicking here: Bylaw 3096; Staff Report; Project Plans.
