NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC at 7:00pm on Monday, September 24, 2018 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit application:
Bylaw No. 3077: Zoning Amendment and Development Permit Application DP 12-18
Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 5423, 5433, 19900, 19910, 19920, 19930 Brydon Crescent (outlined in bold on the map below) from RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to CD62 - Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 127 unit, four (4) storey condominium apartment development.
Legal description: Lot 96, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District Plan 31842; Parcel One, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District Reference Plan 87123; Lots 229, 230, 231, 232, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District Plan 56234; .103 Ha portion of un-zoned closed road shown as parcel A on Reference Plan EPP73909.
The proposed bylaw and development permit application may be inspected at the Development Services Department, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3, from Tuesday, September 11, 2018 to Monday, September 24, 2018 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm excluding statutory holidays, or online by clicking: Bylaw 3077; Staff Report; Project Plans.
