NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC at 7:00pm on Monday, May 13, 2019 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit application:
Bylaw No. 3101: Zoning Amendment and Development Permit Application DP 01-19
Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 20755, 20765 Douglas Crescent and 5453 208 Street (outlined in bold on the map below) from RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to RM2 Medium Density Residential Zone to accommodate a four (4) storey, 34-unit condominium apartment development.
Legal description: Lots 16, 17, 18, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 8183.
The proposed bylaw and development permit application may be inspected at the Development Services Department, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3, from Tuesday, April 30, 2019 to Monday, May 13, 2019 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm excluding statutory holidays, or online by clicking Bylaw 3101; Staff Report; Project Plans. Comments may be submitted by mail to the above noted mailing address or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received no later than 12:00pm on the day of the meeting. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
