Weight Room and Fitness Schedule

Please note that masks are now required at all times during programs and while inside our facilities. Mask may be taken off during exercise only.

Our weight room is open for youth aged 16yrs and older.
Please Note:  Youth will be required show proof of vaccine prior to admittance to fitness classes or weight room activities.

Youth aged 13 to15 can use the weight room under one of the following conditions:

- Under the supervision of an adult (19+yrs) at all times
- Have successfully completed the Teen Pump program
- Attend during youth hours.  See schedule.

 

Fitness Classes are open to Youth aged 14yrs and older. Pre registration is mandatory, no drop ins permitted.To view and register for fitness classes, click HERE
