Bylaw No. 3237 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 191 and Development Permit No. 03-22

Purpose:  To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the property located at 5360 204 Street (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RM2 Multiple Residential Medium Density Zone to the CD87 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 12-storey, 370-unit apartment development, consisting of 317 condominium units and 53 rental units.

Legal Description: Lot 178, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 53282.

The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, June 20, 2023 to Monday, July 10, 2023 online by clicking: Bylaw 3237; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel ReportArchitectural Plans; Landscape Plans; and Shadow Study or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding statutory holidays.

V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to councilmeetings@langleycity.ca and should be received by no later than 12:00PM on the day of the Public Hearing. Bylaw No. 3238 – Discharge of Land Use Contract No. 25-76

Purpose:  To authorize the discharge of Land Use Contract No. 25-76 from the property located at 5360 204 Street which is zoned RM2 Multiple Residential Medium Density in Zoning Bylaw No. 2100. Removal of the Land Use Contract will enable the accommodation of a 12-storey, 370-unit apartment development, consisting of 317 condominium units and 53 rental units.
