Bylaw 3256 - Development Cost Charges Bylaw
Council gave final reading to Bylaw No. 3256 which is a bylaw to impose Development Cost Charges.
Bylaw 3286 - Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 206 and Development Permit No. 04-24
Council gave third and final reading to Bylaw No. 3286 which amends the City's Zoning Bylaw to accommodate a 6-storey, 118-unit apartment development at the property located at 5382 200 Street.
Approval of Development Permit No. 04-24
Council passed the following motion:
THAT Development Permit No. 04-24 to accommodate a 118-unit apartment development located at 5382 200 Street be approved.
2024 – 2034 Community Works Fund Agreement
Council passed the following motion:
THAT the Mayor and Corporate Officer be authorized to sign the 2024 – 2034 Community Works Fund Agreement administered by UBCM.
