Canadians from across this great country will be celebrating Canada’s 150th Birthday on July 1st, and in Langley City, residents are invited to attend two free public events.
Langley City Council has decided to change course with the delivery of tourism services in our community due to the uncertainty around the future of Tourism Langley. This decision was not an easy one to make, and was the result of the recent changes.

The entire community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of Penzer Action Park on Thursday, June 29 from 4:00pm to 7:00 pm in the community park, located at 198 C Street, Langley, south of 48 Avenue.
Pursuant of sections 98 of the Community Charter, S.B.C., 2003, c.26, Council for the City of Langley will be considering the 2016 Annual Report in the Council Chambers at City Hall 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, on Monday, June 26, 2016, at 7pm.
Langley City Council adopted the 2017-2021 Strategic Plan at the Regular Council Meeting held on June 12, 2017. The Strategic Plan will continue to evolve as goals are achieved and the needs of the community change.
